Ensure that:

- You are not logged in to the platform from your work computer or your corporate network.
- You check the connection encryption (https).
- You do not provide any information/details which may reveal your identity.
Choose your confidentiality preference
- When you submit your report, it is assigned a unique secret code.
- Using the code you will be able to provide and get feedback while remaining anonymous.
- Using our web service you can monitor the processing status of your report, respond to additional questions and contribute to resolving the issue ASAP.
Describe what happened
- You will be asked a series of questions regarding your issue.
Save the security code for feedback
- After submitting your concern, you will be provided with a unique security/secret code. You also have the option to set a password for the unique security/secret code
- Using the code you will be able to check the status of your reported concern, provide and receive feedback even if you choose to remain anonymous.
- Using our web service you can monitor the processing status of your report, respond to additional questions and contribute to resolving the issue ASAP.
